Welcome to the European Spatial Development Planning Network
The European Spatial Development Planning network (ESDP) is an international network of academic institutions, scholars, researchers and practitioners from a number of European universities. Since 1987, the network has been organizing and nurturing education, research, professional training and actions in spatial planning and development around the world. The network partners share the view that spatial planning is both a process and an agenda for societal change. The current network coordinators are Prof Pieter Van den Broeck (KU Leuven, Belgium) and Prof Constanza Parra (KU Leuven, Belgium).
